1. | The maximum allowable credit is 26 credits only. |
2. | Online course pre-registration is open from 2 – 20 December 2024 via SMP Foundation (July 2024 Intake) / SMP Foundation (July & December 2023 Intake). |
3. | Lectures will commence on 20 January 2025 (Monday). Please refer to the Academic Calendar Session 2024/2025 at the Student Portal. |
4. | All teaching and learning activities (TnL) will be conducted fully physically and face-to-face throughout the semester. The class timetable will be uploaded on the Student Portal soon. |
5. | Make sure you choose the course, section and learning centre correctly. Mistakes in choosing a learning centre can cause other students to be unable to register because the section is already full. Please refer to Appendix 1 for the correct learning centre information, sections and courses. Note: Students can find their learning centre information in the SMP Foundation. Please register for the course under your own learning centre as we have allocated the capacity for each learning centre. Kindly be informed that you are NOT ALLOWED to change sections while registering for the course for Semester II, Session 2024/2025. Please remain in the same section as the previous semester and choose the same section for all courses. Priority will be given to the original students in that section and also first come first serve. |
6. | Please refer to the Curriculum Structure given for the list of course that should be taken. |
7. | Students are allowed to make amendments to the enrolled courses within the permissible period. The amendments include the addition, withdrawal and correction of codes, sections, and course status by filling in the Course Registration Amendment Form. This form should then be submitted before/on 24 January 2025. Please refer to the Work Schedule for Course Registration, Examination and Conferment for Semester II, Session 2024/2025 available on the Student Portal. |
8. | Local students – repeat the grade (UG) will be charged RM50 per credit and those who repeat the course (UK) will be charged RM170 per credit. International students – repeat the grade (UG) will be charged RM50 per credit and those who repeat the course (UK) will be charged RM250 per credit. |
