We invite you to participate in our research study titled “Enhancing Student Satisfaction in E-Learning: An Evaluation of SPACE UTM Online Platform” This survey aims to gather students’ feedback and experiences regarding the SPACE UTM e-learning platform. Your responses will help us identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement to enhance the quality of e-learning services provided to all learners.
The survey consists of several sections focusing on web design, reliability, responsiveness, personalization, notification systems, student engagement, and student satisfaction. All information shared will be kept confidential and will be used solely for academic and improvement purposes.
