1. | The maximum allowable credit is 10 credits only. |
2. | Online course registration is now reopen from 10 – 21 April 2023 via ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION. Please refer to the guidelines on how to register HERE. |
3. | Lectures will commence on 21 May 2023 (Sunday) (for JB campus) and 22 May 2023 (Monday) (for KL campus). Please refer to the ACADEMIC CALENDAR SESSION 2023/2024 (SENATE APPROVAL 29 MARCH 20223) at the Student Portal. |
4. | All teaching and learning activities (TnL) will be conducted fully physically and face-to-face throughout the semester. The class timetable will be uploaded on the STUDENT PORTAL in the near future. |
5. | Make sure you choose the course, section and learning centre correctly. Mistakes of choosing a learning centre can cause other students to be unable to register because the section is already full. Please refer to Course Offered by Faculty below for the correct learning centre information, sections and courses. Note: Students can find their learning centre information in the SMP Foundation. Please register the course under your own learning centre as we have allocated the capacity for each learning centre. |
6. | Please refer to the Curriculum Structure below for the list of courses that should be taken. |
7. | Students are allowed to make amendments to the enrolled courses within the permissible period. The amendments include the addition, withdrawal and correction of codes, sections, and course status by filling in the COURSE REGISTRATION AMENDMENT FORM. This form should then be submitted before/on 26 May 2023. Please refer to the WORK SCHEDULE FOR COURSE REGISTRATION, EXAMINATION AND CONFERMENT FOR SEMESTER MAY, SESSION 2023/2024 available on the Student Portal. |
8. | Local students – repeat the grade (UG) will be charged RM50 per credit and those who repeat the course (UK) will be charged RM170 per credit. International students – repeat the grade (UG) will be charged RM50 per credit and those who repeat the course (UK) will be charged RM250 per credit. |
